IT’S OK TO BE BROKEN
This powerful message confronts us with a liberating truth: it's okay to be broken and broke when we come to God. Drawing from Isaiah 55, we're invited to a divine feast where no money is required - just our willingness to come as we are. The invitation extends to everyone who thirsts, offering wine for the mature and milk for spiritual babies, reminding us that God meets us exactly where we are in our journey. The message challenges our tendency to spend resources on things that don't truly satisfy, urging us instead to listen to God and let our souls delight in what is genuinely good. Through the story of Jeremiah at the potter's house, we discover that being broken isn't the end - it's often the beginning of God's reshaping work in our lives. The potter doesn't discard marred clay; he breaks it down, adds fresh clay, and remolds it into something beautiful. This process requires us to surrender control and stay on the wheel long enough for God to shape us according to His design. The centrifugal force of the spinning wheel, combined with the gentle pressure of the potter's hand, transforms lumps of clay into vessels of honor. We're reminded that our brokenness - whether financial, emotional, spiritual, or relational - doesn't disqualify us from God's presence. Instead, it positions us to receive His tender mercies and experience His transformative power.
