WAIT ON THE LORD
In this powerful message, we're reminded that waiting on God is not passive resignation but active faith in His perfect timing. Drawing from Isaiah 40:28-31, we discover that our Creator—the One who formed the heavens and the earth—never grows tired or weary, and He promises to renew the strength of those who wait on Him. This isn't just about physical endurance; it's about spiritual resilience in the face of life's storms. We learn that even when our money runs low, our relationships struggle, or our past haunts us, God is calling us to soar like eagles above the turbulent winds of trouble. The eagle doesn't fight the storm—it uses the wind to rise above it. Similarly, we're challenged to stop letting criticism, disappointment, and delay weigh us down. Instead, we must learn to get above the chaos, trusting that God's grace on one side and mercy on the other will keep us standing. The message confronts our tendency to hurry God, to try figuring out what He's already worked out, and to make excuses about our limitations when He's already equipped us for the journey. This year, we're called to a new level of trust—refusing to let others' opinions, our circumstances, or even our own fears stop us from fulfilling the purpose God has for our lives.
